2015 KTM 200 XC-W

• Swingarm

Designed using the latest in calculation and simulation software, the design and wall thickness of the cast aluminum swingarm have been optimized for minimum weight and precisely defined flexibility.

• Wheels

The new edition of XC-W’s include high quality black anodized Giant rims with black spokes, that are mated to CNC machined hubs and lightweight aluminium nipples for maximum stability with minimum weight. These high quality, lightweight black rims have been developed for KTM and offer top performance when fitted with the new Dunlop GEOMAX AT81 tires on all XC-W models.

• Frame

The XC-W’s chassis is second to none and for 2015 the bikes will feature the striking Factory orange usually seen only on KTM’s race team machines. The modern and lightweight frame design with exceptional quality and performance created with by WP Performance Systems is made of lightweight, high strength chromoly steel sections. Not only does it provide easy handling and precise cornering, but also outstanding stability.

• Triple Clamps

The triple clamps have been specifically designed for Enduro use and provide precise handling on rough terrain by supporting the flex characteristics of the fork. This gives the rider the best possible feedback from the front-end of the machine to increase his or her confidence and overall speed.

• Handlebar

All XC-W models are fitted with the super strong, tapered Neken handlebar made of high tensile strength aluminum alloy in a new black color. The standard KTM mount allows to the handlebar to be fixed in four different positions. In 2015, the hand guards are made of a new material for better impact resistance and protection.

• Brakes

High quality Brembo brakes have always been standard equipment on KTM’s off-road range, and combined with the lightweight Galfer Wave discs, they are the ultimate solution in braking technology with their class-leading brake performance.

• Bodywork

The bodywork is designed to improve rider feeling and movment, the bodywork shape incorporates a mimimalist design for excellent looks and low weight.

• Graphics

2015 brings a brand new "Ready to Race" look to the XC-W line.

• Electric Starter

The 480 W strong electric starter provides reliable starting along with a new lighter 3Ah battery that contributes to the overall weight saving of the machine.
